The Suffering Servant
“Oyez!” “Oyez!” “Oyez!”
“God has heard your cry!”
Listen to what He says to you.
He sent Jesus from heaven to save you!
Jesus came and suffered for you, He gave up His home in heaven to come and rescue you.
Say not in your heart that God has forsaken you!
He says ‘Never shall I leave you, never will I forsake you!’
He sees your pain.
He has told me to shout this call.
For some this is a crucial moment in your life.
You are very precious to Him.
He does not want anyone to perish!
Deuteronomy 31: 6.(KJV)
Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them:
for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee,
he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
Hebrews 13: 5. (KJV)
Let your conversation be without covetousness;
and be content with such things as ye have:
for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
God is true to His promises-
He sent Jesus to save you,
Jesus was the suffering servant.
He was afflicted in your place.
Every ache; all the agony; the anguish of Gethsemane;
the misery and ordeal:
He did for the joy set before Him!
The joy?
Yes!
He saw the joy of your salvation!
Hebrews 12:2. (KJV)
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith;
who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross,
despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Was the ordeal worthwhile?
He thinks it was!
The pain, the pangs, the torment, the torture!
What was it for?
So you wouldn’t be judged and sent to hell.
Don’t make it all null and void in your life.
When you suffer, let Him support and sustain you.
When you sorrow, grieve, hurt:
remember he experienced it all first.
Hebrews 4: 15.(KJV)
For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities;
but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
Don’t give in!
Be strong and of good courage.
Jesus the ‘Suffering Servant’ will uphold you.
He has gone before you.
“Oyez!” “Oyez!”
