A Saviour of them that are without hope
I heard a true story.
A woman in her 40’s goes from one clairvoyant to another,
she cannot pass by without going in for a reading.
She has already paid thousands of dollars on this, and phoning for a ‘message’.
She is unhappy, and wants so desperately to ‘hear’ from her dead husband and dead parents.
She wants direction for her life…
but has no peace.
This is a popular deception.
Most people are familiar with what clairvoyants do.
Familiar with the the fact of Tarot cards, angel’s cards, etc.
It has become an alternative to Christianity for many people.
It has become the popular consciousness.
It is popular because people love to hear about what they are familiar with,
they can express their minds.
It gives a temporary fix…
to give them courage to endure the ills they have to bear by inspiring them with hope for the future.
What hope?
They constantly go back time after time.
Still searching,
still without lasting peace.
I know because I was searching for the truth.
I read about Astral projection,
‘The Third Eye’
Pyramid Power.
I went to a clairvoyant,
I listened to the cults who come to your door.
Nothing helped.
They can’t help!
The bad thing about all the searching is it can lead you to satan!
This is his ploy, to lead you away from the Lord Jesus Christ.
He’s happy if you spend your whole life ’searching’-
as long as you don’t find!
The good thing about all the searching is it can lead you to God!
If you genuinely want the truth…
You will find God!
Some will say reason is enough, to be enlightened and guided by the works of nature.
If so why haven’t some of the most profound students of nature found out the Supreme Good, and the way of holiness?
If 4000 years had passed over before the dawn of Christianity, hadn’t the world been fairly tried?
Plato and Socrates had 500 years before Christ to propound their schemes of philosophy!
Solon a Grecian sage, lived nearly 600 years before Christ.
They had exerted their talents and influence, and, so far as morals, purity, goodness are concerned:
in vain!
They were wandering to seek a place of pleasure, using feeble candles, surrounded by darkness.
Their glimmering rays of reason only made the darkness more visable, and confusion more confounded!
Don’t be like the lady I heard of…
wandering, ever wandering.
No peace.
I invite you to ‘Come see’ for yourself!
John 1: 45,46. (KJV)
Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him,
We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.
And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth?
Philip saith unto him,
Come and see.
Begin to Seek after God.
You will find Him when you meet Jesus…
A Saviour of them that are without hope!
“Oyez!’ “Oyez!”
